  • To perform our contract for providing food, delivery, and reservation services.
  • To provide secure payments via tokenization through our partner, Shift4 Payments.
  • To maintain security and prevent fraudulent orders or unauthorized access to our systems.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data with the following categories of third parties:

  • Payment Processors: Shift4 Payments (PCI-compliant encryption).
  • Analytics Providers: We use tools like Google Analytics to understand website performance.
  • Delivery Partners: Third-party couriers as needed to fulfil orders.
Timorian Restaurant does not sell your personal data to third parties for monetary compensation or targeted advertising.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, please email info@temorian.com with the subject line "VCDPA Request." We will respond within 45 days.

Right to Appeal: If we decline to take action on your request, you may appeal our decision by contacting us within 60 days of the denial. If the appeal is denied, you may contact the Virginia Attorney General.
